If we can be involved in evaluating the site then design criteria such as storm water, grade change, circulation, building to site ratios, setback and zoning can be considered even prior to the Owner purchasing the site.

Interior Design and Space Planning

Donofro & Associates offers a full range of commercial, institutional and residential interior design services. We provide services to ensure that the space is functional, professional and aesthetically pleasing through all stages of construction. Cost, appearance and durability are but some of these aspects to consider.

The interior designers work with the owner to reflect their identity with the use of particular finishes applicable to the space. These may include carpet, wall coverings, flooring materials, paint, stains, etc. Our goal is always to find the solution that best addresses the needs of your unique project.

We offer space planning services and our designers will determine the use of existing furniture and the need for additional furniture. Furniture, fabrics and any accessories will be made in light of need, durability and appearance to meet the budget and coordinate with the overall scheme of finishes and project theme.

Cost Estimating - Project Budgeting

A critical success factor to any project that is too often overlooked at the outset of a building project is effective budgeting and cost estimating. Using the latest cost estimating software, we can assist the client in budgeting the project and holding costs, methods and materials in line. Intermediate estimating during the design and document phases will assist if adjustments in size or scope are required.
